【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandarddefinestheprojectorganizationprinciplesandrequirementsneededtoprovidesatisfactoryandcoherentmanagementofspaceprojects.ThegeneralrequirementsforprojectorganizationaregiveninISO14300-1.ThisInternationalStandardaddressesthefollowing,inparticular:a)responsibilityandauthorityoftheactors(allactors,customer,supplier),b)interrelationsbetweentheactors(meetings,actionmonitoring,reporting,assessmentsandaudits),c)informationtechnologies,andd)projectorganizationdocumentation.Therequirementsspecifiedhereinapplytoandaffectthesupplierandcustomeratalllevels.ThisInternationalStandardisapplicabletothecustomer-supplierrelationshipforspaceproductstotheextentagreedbybothparties.Itisintendedtobeusedasabasiswhenestablishingandnegotiatingcustomerprogram/projectmanagementrequirementsandtoguidethesupplier'sresponses.Whenviewedinaspecificprojectcontext,therequirementsdefinedinthisInternationalStandardshouldbetailoredtomatchthespecificrequirementsofaparticularprofileandcircumstancesofaproject.
