【摘要】:ISO13903:2005describesthedeterminationoffree(syntheticandnatural)andtotal(peptide-boundandfree)aminoacidsinfeedingstuffs,usinganaminoacidanalyserorHPLCequipment.Itisapplicabletothefollowingaminoacids:sumofcystineandcysteine;methionine;lysine;threonine;alanine;arginine;asparticacid;glutamicacid;glycine;histidine;isoleucine;leucine;phenylalanine;proline;serine;tyrosine;valine.Themethoddoesnotdistinguishbetweenthesaltsofaminoacids,nordoesitdifferentiatebetweenDandLformsofaminoacids.Itisnotvalidforthedeterminationoftryptophanorhydroxyanaloguesofaminoacids.Limitsofquantificationdependonthechromatographicequipment,butlevelsaslowas:0,3g/kgtotallysine;0,25g/kgtotalmethionine;0,35g/kgtotalcystinepluscysteine;0,2g/kgtotalthreonine;0,035g/kgfreelysine;0,035g/kgfreemethionine;and0,03g/kgfreethreoninecantypicallybeanalysed.
